Ivy Trust (The)

The Ivy Trust supports bereaved parents and families in Guernsey, who have experienced the devastating loss of a baby either during pregnancy or soon after birth. As well as all aspects of maternal and baby care with a focus on prevention of loss.

The Trust is dedicated to providing support for parents in four main areas: • Personal support for parents • Maintaining the Ivy Room on Loveridge Ward and providing them with not only resources but equipment to ensure the most vulnerable babies have the best possible chance of survival. • Options for Remembrance including the creation of the Ivy Remembrance Garden in the hospital grounds • Providing training opportunities for anyone involved in the care of mothers and their babies
