Friends of Guernsey Music Centre

The aims of the group shall be to raise funds for:

1. The benefit of the Guernsey Music Centre and its students.

2. Awarding bursaries and giving financial support for the attendance of courses, concerts, and specialist tuition.

3. The purchase of instruments to be loaned to students of the Guernsey Music Centre.

4. The promotion and organisation of concerts, recitals, music workshops, training courses, recording, radio and television broadcasts, and all events consistent with the dissemination of music.

5. Hiring of appropriate venues for the holding of concerts.

6. Giving financial support for expenses towards visiting specialists, instrumentalists, and guest conductors.

7. Procuring the composing, writing, printing, publishing, issuing and circulation, whether gratuitously or otherwise, of any works, music reports, periodicals, books, programmes, pamphlets, posters, leaflets, or other documents.
