About us
Guernsey Mind is an independent mental health charity whose main aim is to support the people of the Bailiwick, encouraging a positive attitude towards mental health and supporting mental wellbeing.
Our main areas of focus are:
Workplace and Training
- Workplace Partnership - using real, live data to promote healthy, productive workplaces
- WorkWell - early intervention programme for workplaces
- Various training courses including Mental Health Awareness & Listening Skills
- Mental Health First Aid
- Suicide First Aid
Support for mild to moderate mental health issues
- One-to-one sessions
- Supported Self-help - free one-to-one service - no referral needed
- Support groups
- Signposting services
Awareness
- Community events throughout the year to promote mental health awareness
- Media and Social Media campaigns
